I am passionate about people and technology. Over the years I have gravitated from an individual contributor to leadership roles. I enjoy roles that enable me to mentor, train, and grow my team member’s skills and careers. I am a visually based person and greatly interested in user interface design and human-machine interactions. I am currently involved with the L3Harris Robotics Enterprise working with a cross functional team of software, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers to bring one of our T7 and T4 systems to market.
